Letter From Recruitment Chair

Dear Potential New Members,

Hi! My name is Ella Monroe and I have the honor of serving as Phi Mu’s Membership Director. 

Moving away from home, starting college, and going through recruitment is exciting and overwhelming at the same time. As cliche as it is, be yourself! We're all so excited to meet you for you. Phi Mu welcomed me with constant encouragement and laughter. A sorority is a place you can be your genuine self surrounded by sisters you don’t know how you went so long without. I am so excited for you to find a home where you feel celebrated and heard.

Whether you’re looking for a new group of girls to support you or just another place to call home, being in a community of women looking to better themselves allows you to grow into the person you were always meant to be. I can’t wait to see all of the big things you do at UK! We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors on 462 Rose Lane and get to know you this fall!
